Price Check Wood's PHD Price.....

Wood\'s PHD Price.....

I got a quote for a Woods Estate Series Post Hold Digger of $550 for the digger with a 9" auger. I have no reference point as to price. Is this a good price or not? Any other suggestions as to other brands?????? thanks, The Original Junk...

Thats a fair price. If you have the budget i'd consider a PHD35 or larger. The price difference between the PHD models is very small.

Welcome back. We were wondering where you've been. Here is Northern's PHD by Greene. Available augers are on the same page. I have this unit with a 6" and a 14" auger. Unit works well on BX2200. Their price is less than Woods, but shipping could change that.

Pretty hard to beat the Woods quality on a PHD however. I'll buy a cheaper one since it wont be used heavily, but I'd still 'want' to have a Woods.
