I've got these anti-rotation chains attached to my PTO shaft guard on my Woods Brush Bull. I understand the concept and what they are for - but, where in the world do I clip them? I ended up removing the chains, for the time being. There is no mention of these chains anywhere in the Woods manual. Thanks.

On my JD, the pto guard (the hinged part on top of the PTO housing) has a hole to clip the chain to, and there is a similar hole on the housing of my cutter (a JD MX8). If you do not have any holes like these, perhaps drilling some in a non-structual component might be the best answer. I think that without the chains, the guards would likely not give you much of a safety advantage, as they would likely just spin right along with the PTO.

I connect the upper one to the drawbar. I run the chain through the hole in the drawbar then snap the clip to chain. The lower one, I run the chain around one of the nearby bars and again clip the chain to itself.

I connect mine in the same way. I was clipping it to one of the holes in the PTO shield, but it was scratching the paint and very hard to get off. Now through the drawbar and clip it back to itself, much easier.
