A local Kioti dealer went under and they are selling off the leavings,,,,,,,there's a Kioti BH 80X ,,,which is a WOODS, , now I got a hold of a 2006 spec sheet and on that it says I can get a subframe for a 2710 ( didn't make the the 29),, same tractor , different motor.

Went to the dealer, and they say I can't put an 8' hoe on a 2920,,,,,,

Any body have another opinion

If it's an 8 foot hoe I would be inclinded to think it would be too big for a B2920. The 2x20's come with a 6 1/2' hoe and it is tucked up tight to the rear of the tractor. I don't think the tractor weighs enough to counter the weight of a bigger hoe especially if it may mount a little farther behind the rear wheels.

Just a thought.

Calling woods is probably your best bet unless some one else on here has already done it and can give you some real feedback.

Good Luck ! :)

Probably the Woods 7' 70x would be more likely the largest that would go on a 2920...like BriarPatch said (contact Woods for subframe info) the Kubota 2920 BH65 size is 6 1/2"...in between the Woods 70x and 60x.
I think the Kubota B2710 specs were a little larger frame size than the new 2x20's? I think it has rear tire size of B3200.

As mentioned above, the B2710 is a bigger tractor than your B2920. It was a large frame B-series and is very similar to the B7800/B3200. With that said, really the BH80X is even too big for the larger frame B's, although I know quite a few people use them that way. It would be more suited to an L series.

I'm with the majorty here. The 2710 has a longer wheelbase than your tractor...... subframe for it wouldn't even be close to fitting your tractor. The BH 80x is too big for your tractor. You would need to add weight to the front to keep the wheels on the ground.... literally. I would give some thought to putting the appropriate Kubota hoe on your tractor, since it's a more integrated design and makes for a shorter more compact TLB.

technically, the mounts from the 70x would work on the 80x... however, that hoe is way too big for the tractor.

Beck,,,,I emailed them 3X , no response and they said they'd have to get back to me, but recommended I seek out a dealer

I understand everyone saying that it's too big, I just have the opportunity to get a new one for $4+

Maybe it might be worth it to trade the tractor in on a new one that the 80X will fit on ?
