Woods BB600 for NH TC33 ?

Hello, This is my first post. I've been looking for a tractor for a while, and I have gotten a lot of good information from these forums. I finally bought a used 2001 New Holland TC33s with 440 hours on it (33 hp engine, 29 hp pto). I'm going to be picking it up on Saturday. I know someone who has a slightly used Woods Brush Bull BB600 for sale for $1,000. The Woods site says that this model is appropriate for tractors from 30 to 120 hp. I think that's a good price, but I'm wondering if the tractor will handle it alright, or if I might be pushing it with that. I've got a 2 acre crop field that we let lie dormant this year and I need to take down the shoulder high grass before I till it. I also plan to use it to help reclaim some pasture that hasn't been touched in a decade and has gone to small saplings (1 to 2 inch). What do you think?

The Brush Bull is my dream brush mower. Its heavy, yes, but I don't see why you'd have any problems using it on your tractor. You'll want weight on the front..... either your loader or suitcase weights.

Ductape, thanks for the input. I told him I'm going to take it. If my trailer holds up, it should be here soon waiting for the tractor.

I've got that mower (love it) on my TC45 -- your 33 will run it fine -- you may just need to slow down a bit in heavy stuff.

Welcome to the site. Just seeing your picture of the farm in Hoosick Falls takes me back. Did some hunting in White Creek area during the early to mid 80痴 with an old college roommate. Neat town Hooksick was. Tried to get a job at the Mohawk paper place after school but ended up in Ohio. I recall visiting a farm where Grandma Moses lived is that right? I think I met one of her grandsons or great grandson.
