Wood splitter valve problem

/ Wood splitter valve problem #21
Im not sure why I am not grasping this but I have the same deal going on. I have 2 prince log splitter valves that I would like to hook together for a lift and splitter as well. If I put a PB valve in the 1st valve, does it then hook to the IN on the next valve? Then the 2 out ports are T'd together and go to the filter and then to the tank.?

This ^ is correct.

Valve #1 PB>Valve #2 IN
Valve #1 Out > Tank
Valve #2 Out > Tank

Exactly as you said. Using the PB sleeve in the PB port.

The first valve must be PB and the returns can be tied together.

I do have the large plugs in both valves next to the Out ports that I assume are the PB ports. it would take about a 1 1/4" wrench to remove them. If they are not PB ports, Can I do a T on the pump and a T on the oil filter and run both valves seperate from each other or will I have a reduction in flow?

Flow will divide if both valves are operated at the same time.

Where you are doing separate operations that are unlikely to happen at the same time that likely is a non-issue.

the 1 1/4 plug is likely a PB port. Have a look on the top, it should be stamped in the casting PB.

No, you can not parrallel open center valves.

One input to one log splitter valve and the PB from the first valve goes to the IN port of the second valve.

You should tee the return /out hoses together, but you can run a hose from each to a tee at the filter and connect both returns. Just more hose.
