If you do a search for TBN member GlennT, you can find posts he's done about his experiences with the Valby CH140 chipper. He runs a Deere 670 (16 HP at the PTO). There's some good info in those posts.

Glenn is the reason I'm investigating Valby.

I've had very good experience with my . They also have a model <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.salsco.com/products/824.htm>824. At a quick glance, the Salsco models seem pretty comparable to the Valby models with PTO powered hydraulic feed. If you have dealers for both near by, it might be worth looking at both.
