wont start engine or blade after running

got a kubota TG 1860. only 400 hours. starts up nice. got new battery. when TG runs for while and I shut off engine, it wont restart until it 15 elapses. coolant if normal and not leak. gauge dont show over heat. WHY?

also blades wont turn back on when engine hot it think. 15 minutes has to pass for it to restart or I go over bumpy grass and then it may sometime restart..

Any suggestions on repair. switches look good
