Lacking capitals and punctuation I had to read your one liner about three times to comprehend its meaning. Having deciphered it I am now left wondering about the problem. Is the tractor completely dead like the battery has been removed? Do indicator lights light but the starter won't engage? Does the starter engage but the engine won't fire? You need to provide more information if you expect suggestions.
