WIW 2004 L3830

I have still been looking at the different tractors just waiting to pull the trigger. I had been looking in the 30hp range. Today I noticed a 2004 L3830,fel, and 6' Woods cutter with 400 hours for $16900 obo. Is this a good price? I have not really looked into this size tractor.

What trans does it have? - HST? GST? DT?
Does it have the LA723 Loader?
This might not be a bad deal - but you can get a new one that has what you want for 0% down - 0% for 3 years - No payment for 6 months.
You can pile up all the implements you want for the 0% deal also.
