Hey guys here is a pic of a friend of mine and the roosterfish he caught. He was in ixtaupa mexico. He said he was using the worst rig ever. Rusty hooks , no leader,old pole ,old mono (50lb test). He hauled this in after an hour and 15 min. Took the pic and let it go. He said his Mexican guides were laughin at him while he tried to horse the thing in the boat without a gaff. He has a moive of the whole thing (cant wait to see it). He estimated that this thing was pushing 100lbs. When he got back to shore he found out tat the IFGA record (on 50lb test) is 80 lbs.
