Wisconsin V4HD ignition timing.

I am getting a machine shop to rebuild a long block and will need to time the engine once it comes back. Does anyone have the process/specifics or can you lead me to an online repair manual with the details???? Thanks. (new subscriber, here)

Here's a page out of my Bobcat manual which has the same engine. Should be the same, one would think.
