wisconsin engine question

i just got a model tfd 3 1/4x 3 1/4...can anyone tell what the rated horsepower is and rpm?what is the procedure for setting the timing? when i was checking the firing it fires both plugs simutaneous.so i am assuming doesnt matter which wire goes to dedicated plug ,,wiring order ,or am i missing something here...mag was loose when i got it and wants to kick back any help would be appreciated thanks

TFD? I know of the THD and TJD. I have a THD 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" on an old welder and it's allegedly 15-18.

The THD fires both cylinders simultaneously. A friend of mine calls them "thumpers" but they're not that bad.

As for service information, I found everything I needed in a small air cooled engine service manual at the library. I'm afraid to say that I don't have any numbers for you because when I need info, I just go to the library.

If it's a crank start engine, then make sure that the timing is properly set. One of my uncles was badly hurt by a starting handle when an engine he was starting backfired. I realize there was a technique issue there as well, but just the same...
