wiring diagram - voltage regulator

I can't find a wiring schematic online for a JD316. Has Onan engine B43E (1986). All 3 terminals on the regulator show 12v with ign turned off. From what I could decipher by tracing wires is that the B+ lead from the back of the ign switch is always hot. It's spliced from the ign connector (looks factory) with a grren wire that goes to the Low Oil pressure switch. Dash warning light does stay off with key off. I can't find a diagram on JD web site either.....Any help, thanks.....
