Wire Terminal Connectors

I've got a NorTrac 35TX at work that I'm replacing a wiring harness on it. The female terminals on the relay box and the engine wiring harness are melted to the point where I can't connect the new male ends of the new wiring harness I have.
The company only sales the full harness and not just terminal connectors. And because it is a Chinese tractor and all the parts are coming from China my parts guy can't get new wire harnesses until who knows when.

I've attached photos of the terminals on my tractor to this post. Can anyone tell me where I can find replacements for that exact terminal connector?

Looks similar to what was in my wifes old BMW. Maybe auto parts place?

can you use something like this and just replace both sides?

I'm trying to avoid replacing both ends with something different. This is not my personal tractor but one I maintain at work and I would like to repair it in a way that makes it easy for the next person who comes along to be able to replace the electrical, i.e keeping it all "factory" parts. And for some reason I'm more comfortable splicing the old wiring than the new wiring I just purchased.

You can take wires out of the plastics and plug them together until the new harness arrives.......

There are plenty of options... Just replace both sides....

JUst be sure you use proper crimp tools and prep the wires correctly... I always use silicone dielectric grease in crimp connections to keep out moisture and airs to prevent corrosion...

Also works good on vehicle and house light bulbs and trailer connector and many other things...
