Wire feed issue with Lincoln 175 mig

I thought I had it fixed but last night it was acting up again...I'm going to have to get serious about fixing this. Thank you all for the great suggestions. I will report back if I find anything particular. FYI. It's a 15 yr old machine. I did replace the liner once but can't remember how long ago that was so ? I did lend it out and it came back with a new spool and bottle on it. Base on that it got hell of a lot of use ...

Progress, straightening out the stinger had some effect on the feed. I ordered a new stinger. Will double check the feed when the old one is off and let you know if this fixes it...fingers crossed.

Complete. I had a gun issue as well and the machine is about 15 yrs old
