Went to outlet stores and bought a couple pairs of flannel lined jeans..... and 12 bags of cookies.
A size or two larger than usual to allow for all those cookies? :ROFLMAO:
We MIGHT get some bad weather Saturday but the local weathermen are cowards and don’t want to commit to anything now.
If the tv weather people out your way are anything like those here, if there was even a remote chance of a storm they'd be all over it predicting the storm of the century.

That having been said, I did put the chains on the tractor today. Not likely to need it for anything for awhile, and putting them on when it's 40° out beats laying in the snow in 20° weather doing it. :ROFLMAO:

Sounds like my last couple of weeks. Stupid leaves.
No leaf drop yet but it’s coming… seems later every year…

Years ago it was closer to Halloween.

Haven't seen a big difference here with leaves in the fall. Foliage peak can be anywhere from the last week in Sept. to Columbus day, with leaf drop a couple weeks later. Not really much different from when I was a kid.

I blame the increase in girth to my back surgery... not the cookies....

Are you becoming a chocoholic?
I'm working my way towards it.
I CAN have just one....a few times a day.:)

Those Goldfish go in the home made Chex Mix at my house.
That's what they're for. (y)

We have a Pepperidge Farms outlet about 30 miles from us. Pretty convenient...

You can stock up on cookies and crackers, then head over to the Wrangler/Lee outlet and buy bigger pants at a discount!

Flirting with frost here too, but it's coming. It's way nicer to dink with equipment when your fingers aren't freezing.
Thats why i have a heated shop. I hate working on stuff with frozen fingers. Had enough of that while working as an electrician

I'm just waiting to pull the trigger to find out if Cyber Monday drops the price. This will be a dedicated UPS to the modem and router. It should run them for days, clean up dirty power as needed, and the Li batteries have a longer working life. We have fiber, and our road is pretty well pruned of hazard trees. It would take a bad storm for us to lose internet. Like you, there is no cell service or broadcast TV.
