What got me going on this at first was I bought 2 sets of 'Lifetime' wiper blades a year ago and both sets died early this winter. The edges came off.
I'm a devout buyer of cheap blades now. Autozone 'Duralast' made in China from rice rubber I guess.

A year is a year, cheap or expensive.
The tractor blades take a beating in the summer, moving chaff of the glass.....
You used to be able to buy just blade refills, don't see them around anymore, just complete assemblies....
