windshield washer fluid nozzle clogged M7040

The windshield washer fluid nozzle is clogged on my M7040. I've tried using a needle to clear it and tried blowing it out, but haven't had any success on getting it cleared. I'm not sure if it's trash or mineral build up stopping it up. Any suggestions on clearing it or anyone know where to buy one? The dealer wants about $27 bucks for the part.

blow it from the nozzle end if there is debris in line it will be too big to pass thru the tip. Can compressed air works well with the red straw on it.

Make sure you pull the fluid hose off first. then get your air compressor fired up and backblow it with one of harbor freights air nozzles. now 3.99 used to be .99.

If it's a metal tip nozzle, remove it and soak it in lacquer thinner then blow it out with air. If plastic try soaking the nozzle in CLR cleaner then blow out.

Disconnect the supply line and use air pressure to blow any debris or clog in the reverse direction. If no it little air is flowing then check the tip and use a strong solvent to clean out. Good luck!

If you don't already have one, put a screen on the reservoir bottle. If you can't find one that fits, kludge something together. I've used cheesecloth before, that works good. Surprised how much dusty crap finds it's way in those containers.
