Yeah its a canadian rule. Im not sure but i think it makes the contest a game of "skill" instead of a game of chance, or something to that effect.

Instead of a skill question, id just be happy to see the website realize that Canada has postal codes with 6 letters and numbers instead of a 5 digit zip. Might be an issue if I win
