I know most of you are sick and tired of all my questions regarding the TNT set-up and available options. Hopefully someone can help.

I have a chance to buy a new/used IE TNT set up configured for a JD2210. The cylinders are the right length and and it comes with this valve.

The question is, as MadReferee explained in my other posts about the number of needed hoses, will this work for my application? I counted at least 12 hoses in this pic and I'm not sure where they would all go. I imagine that JD uses a electric switch on the FEL joystick that you could control the TNT from that???

That doesn't look like any IE setup I have ever seen. The one I saw had a joystick valve like the one CCM sells. This must be a special setup for a JD2210 and I am not sure if it will work on your TC. An installation guide would be helpful.

You need a simple 2 spool, open center valve with power beyond. Surplus Center sells them as I have indicated before. If you are buying this for the cylinders then ok, and then you can sell off the rest on eBay and recoup some of your investment.

Yeah, I'm definately going to get the Eaton valve you suggested. Thanks for steering me in that direction, as it will work perfectly in the space I have.

I wonder what the demand for that other valve is. I would like to buy it, but the CFO will be upset when I buy the IE set which is really nice and then turn around and buy another valve! Besides I've never bought or sold on EBAY.

I could move that valve for you on eBay if you wish. We are eBay Platinum PowerSellers (only level higher is titanium, and number two tries harder /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif).

If you are interested please PM me

Looks like they could have been plumbed into the front end loader circuits. With a flip of a switch instead of raising and lowering the boom they would move the top link. In that same train of thought instead of bucket curl you would have side link control. Kind of the same way "Pineridge" controls his grapple from the FEL bucket curl. I have thought about this with my TC-35D. But as the pictures indicate the routing of the hoses would cost a small fortune.

Any comments on this theory ?

Exactly. They are a pair of electric diverters. The top 2 hoses on each diverter connect to the loader valve's work ports. The two hoses on one side of a diverter connect to the loader cylinders and the other 2 connect to the TNT cylinders. One diverter for lift/top link and one for curl/tilt link. A plumbing hose nightmare.

There would be a switch on the dash that can be set to TNT or loader. The loader joystick will then control the TNT or loader cylinders depending on the switch setting.

Get the model numbers off of the valves and find out exactly what they are. I _think_ that they are not diverters, or else my count of hydraulic lines coming off of them is wrong. If they are hydraulic solenoids you can still use them but the plumbing is different.

12 hoses = 6 per diverter and there are 2 diverters, one for each of the spools of the loader valve.

<ul type="square"> [*]2 (probably the top hoses on the diverter) connect to the work ports on one of the loader valve's spools. These will feed the diverter when one loader valve spool (function) is actuated
[*]2 (a side pair) connect to the cylinder hoses that were connected to the loader valve's work ports. When the electric diverter is switched to position 1 the loader valve controls these connections
[*]2 (a side pair) connect to the other cylinder function (the TNT) the diverter is connected to. When the electric diverter is switched to position 2 the loader valve controls these connections.[/list]

I count 11, and I had to take one shoe off because I went higher than 10. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
