There was another trend on this back in 2014 titled "Ramp Door capacity" . Search that you might get some more info.

Look at the thickness of the door. To me it looks like a light aluminum frame supporting two sheets of plywood.

You will destroy the door. To have strength, you need depth or thickness which your door does not have.

Further, the floor of the trailer may not like the concentrated load of the tires. You may need to put down planks to spread the load out.

While the trailer axles are good for 12 K, the floor likely is designed to have that 12 K spread evenly not in 4 tire footprints even if the footprints represent 6,000#.

Was that trailer originally built for snowmobiles? If so, wouldn't 1000lbs or more begin to do some damage to the door/ramp?

12000gvw. Not a snowmobile trailer.

I would imagine the trailer was built to transport cars. Will probably load a 3500lb car with no trouble but I would be afraid to try the tractor.

I have the 2500 lb per axle Discount Ramps mentioned above and they work well for my car. I went to pick up an old 8N w/loader a few weeks back and accidentally grabbed my 750 lb aluminum ramps intended for lawn mowers. They look similar. Any way i ended up supporting those with concrete blocks and wood to get the tractor loaded and managed to do so without destroying my lawn mower ramps.

I would lean more toward the 4000 or 5000 lb per axle models for your tractor.
