will my massy fergison to-35 turn a 6 foot rotory mower.

I have been looking at mowers and i see difrent horse power ratings on the gear box. Is that just a max hp. or do you have to match it. I want a six foot mower to make it easier to mowe fence lines and my tractor is just short of 6 feet wide, and i think a 5 foot would make it difficlt. any advice?

It depends on what you are cutting. Tall fescue will take a good of horsepower. A 35 horse tractor and a 5' hog work well together. 6' will be a lot of hog in heavy cutting.

The tough part is how wide is your tractor? You need a six foot cutter. Most people over buy as they normally will only mow there own so and choose to take care of the field and will not run into the stone more then once!! lol
