I went through Dish Network to have mine set up. There are three packages $60, $70, and $80 a month. Installation is free. Leasing the equipment is $200 for 18 months. It is the same service as Wild Blue, but if you go through Wild Blue the contractract period is two years and the equipment fee is more. The package price is the same.
