I have a couple of tractors, but NO, she wants her own.
My 5300 JD makes her a bit uncomfortable around the house and I agree, it is a bit much for a lawnmower and barking the flowerbeds.
I would have liked to look at a mahindra, but there isn't a dealer close by. Where I bought my JD has a poor maintenance dept so I went elsewhere.
Wound up with a Kioti 20S with loader. I was going for the gear model, but was disappointed withs the ground speed in low gear, too fast for good tilling, and with the 2sp, reverse was too slow or too fast, been there before. Wound up with the hydo. I think she will get along with that just fine.
I live in Ak and she is in Wa. I will be taking the bigger rig up north with me anyway and she has been using my rigs for over 30yrs so I don't worry about her with a small trailer and light use of a loader.
Thing is she sent me to town for relish for hamburgers, wouldn't' you know, forgot the relish.
Now the hard part, finding a pink greasegun.
