It might be handy in very rough terrain. Might get in the way of 3 point implements.

I’m sure there was some reason they built that but no I wouldn’t buy it. I could’ve built that ledge into a ramp faster than they climbed it.

i'd buy it to show it off / promote at the local agri-fairs ... it gets attention
interesting for sure ... though a FEL might have been of great assistance also
