Oil & Fuel Why does oil light come on?

I have an older L260... this is one of the first Kubota's made for the US market.

The oil light (GREEN) comes ON to indicate pressure and goes OFF when the pressure is low.

I'm thinking the L245 may work the same....

that's a stretch. lol

To re-phrase the reply... using a brass tee would have changed nothing electrically, if there was a problem with the ground it would still be there.
