why cant i upload any pictures anymore

been doing so for years. now when i get the popup box and browse thru my pics, i click on the pic i want and select upload/

an icon revolves for 5-10 seconds, then nothing.

the pic is small (550 kb) and jpg format. i get no error messages or anything. just no pics. Ive tried on 2 computers and in both firefox and IE.

There is current thread in the forum news section about this issue, it's a forum problem.
