Who manufactures the Iveco 3.9L engine

Just curious if anyone would know who manufactures the 3.9L - 4 cylinder diesel engine for Iveco that is used in the New Holland TN75F?

Iveco is owned by Fiat and many of the engines used by CNH are Iveco engines. Short answer; if it says Iveco, that's what it is.

The reason I asked is that I was told the 3.9L Iveco engines are manufactured by Cummings. This information seemes dubious to me considering it's a European tractor, but he said that Iveco is a large supplier of diesel engines for agriculture, marine, heavy equipment and road use and that they outsource to other large manufacturers. He also said Iveco has plants world wide, including China. I found reference to this on another internet site, but the Cummings information was on a 4WD forum and I am not sure the background of the individual making the claim.

Our caseIH MX245 8.3L engine is built jointly by Cummins and Iveco. Since CNH and Iveco are now owned by the same company, I suspect in the future, the engines may all be Iveco. My CaseIH maxuum 125, 6.7L is all Iveco. Iveco is a dominant builder of diesels in europe.

The TN75F has a Fiat/Iveco engine. Case used Cummins. Ford/NH used Basildon built engines. With all the mergers and acquisitions, the designs were joined, now they use the new NEF engines. I'm sure this clouded up the discussion.
