i think there are several companies that make those kind of harrows, not sure who they are.

Just a shot in the dark (OO buckshot ).To me that disc harrow looks like and old "KING" disc harrow.Not to be confused with King Kutter or Hay King.The now gone King comp. back in the day(25-30yrs ago :confused2 used to paint theirs red,use the same and simular adjustment screw setting,and same style 3 point A-frame.

Thanks for the information. I shouldn't care about the name as long as it works but any thing sounds better than that thingy over there.
