Who made this rotary hoe?

I acquired this rotary hoe with a tractor i bought and cant find any markings on it I also need to get some blades for it it looks like a 4 footer

No markings anywhere? On the side cover? Tail gate? Gearbox? Anywhere?

Looks like the chain drive is on the left side which is different than most rototillers.

No markings no tailgate but i think it may be a Howard an aussie manufacturer

No offence intended but implement in OP's photo isn't what was originally referred to as a rotary hoe. Shown in photos below is some of the first rotary hoes

Yea, that's actually not a rotary hoe but it is a tiller. PTO driven rotary hoes around these parts were for cultivating crops. Looked a lot like a tiller but had the empty row spacing for the crop. That implement is just missing a row or two of tines.
