Have you tried politely talking to your neighbor about the problem, and offering to help fix it?

This is not that type of person, he would say there is nothing wrong and tell me to mind my business. He is a ^%$##&*(8
His day will come :D

Well, after nine months, complaining about him and name calling hasn't seemed to fixed the problem.

Why not try the kindness angle and see what happens? Be the helpful, friendly type and things may begin to look and smell better! :)

Well Ive tried to read all the quotes, I must have missed something. I am a licensed septic system installer, so I know that if jn my area, if you report to the Health dept, of possible smells, they have to come out and inspect. One of the best way to see if a drain field is going bad, the grass will be greener, where the lines are. But I dont think I read there were drain lines. In my area if you are on county/city sewer, they will come out and fix the problem. I really dont know how he lives in that house and not smell it. If the problem, is not a leaky tank or plumbing, its like someone said, all vents need to be on the roof.

How about nice a donate a bag of lime, or a whole bunch of those little stinky evergreen trees they hang in cars to make them smell good(?).

So what do the neighbors on the other 2 sides say? Or are you on the prevailing wind side (kind of like on the wrong side of the tracks (the prevailing wind blew all the coal dust on that side)).

His drain could be partially pluged, or stopped up. This would cause the solids to remain in the line for longer than they should, and then finally slip by. It also could be a cracked PVC drain pipe that is allowing a small amount of super stinky liquid to seep out, and remain on the ground under his house trailer, before it evaporates/disipates to the atmosphere. This may take several hours, even in the warmer Flordia climate. Can you ask your neighbor if he can have the drain inspected for these two possible problems....?????

Or worse yet a 3 '' drain joint pulled completely apart.

Super fast growing weed seeds and then complain the grass is too long.

Report as a possible rotting corpse to the local PD.

Rob Lowe for Dirty Jobs.

Bad smelling meth lab.

Immigration violation, no showers.

Stinky citronella candles when the wind is appropriate.
