Do you have a operators manual? These are handy if for nothing else other that keeping service records records in. I also have a tc30 that i bought in 2002. I have been lucky and only have had to do mostly maintaince work to mine. The first repair that I ever had to do to it was the coolant valve hidden on the right side of the engine block about 2 years ago. The valve has a nipple on it with a hose to drain the engine block. It is made out of pop metal and corroded to the point it leaked. I also had to replace it my dads on his tc40.Taking it off is easy just knock off the nipple, but putting it back on takes patience, can only turn the wrence a small amount at a time. If i remember right I had to take the side panel off the dash and also the hydro line near the pump (there may be a special socket to reinstall like an o2 sensor) If it ever happens again i will replace with a brass plug. Next the powersteering hose near the steering cyclinder ruptured. After looking I noticed that hose rubbed against the crank pulley. Dealer wanted too much for a new line so I spliced mine with a male and female hose fitting ( I think that the line has some type of metric fitting). This might not be the best repair but I can make my own lines at my dads shop. Finally I had to adjust my clutch. It is really easy to do just leave a little free play in clutch pedal about 1 inch. I know that this does not answer your question about the manuals, but wanted to share my expierences with you about how well my tc30 has held up after 8 years of use. I keep mine maintained very well to the point that I baby it. Any NH dealer could provide a shop manual and I may be wrong but I think that there were changes around 2006 and so beware when you shop for a service or repair manual. Also depending on the hours it might be a good idea to service all the fluids and filters espically engine oil. If It has over 300 hrs you may change the hydro oil & filter and trans if hydrostatic trans, Front axle fluid along with housing at wheels (if 4x4), and Air filter. I have yet to change my power steering filter. by doing this you know where you stand and dont have to rely on the dealer or whom ever you purchased from. If you have any questions feel free to pm me
