Hi Wagtail,

I meant for buying land! Always limited supply up here, especially for 5+ arable acres.

Probably need a few rate hikes before supply improves.

I will be fully building, so have a fair idea on budget so far, a tractor is one of the few pieces I've yet to lockdown.

Very jealous of all that open space you guys have in Tassie!

One size does not fit all.
A 5055E 4WD with loader and a Z400 series zero turn mower. Less $$$ combined and more capable than a 4 series hydrostatic tractor alone.
Fortunately the operator sits in the middle of those machines instead of being over on the right side where the passenger belongs.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did have a look at the 5 series brochure. Could be an option, but I'm not a big fan of zero turn mowers (my wife would not use them).
