Which is better? John Deere GT262 or 320

I am looking at buying a new/used John Deere and I found a GT262 and a 320. Both come with 48" decks and similar options but i am having trouble deciding. Does anyone have any opinions on which is a better model?

The 320 will have power steering and hydraulics.

yes but are the transmissions similar and if not, which is better? I know the GT262 comes with a 17 horse single air cooled Kawasaki and the 320 comes with a 18 horse twin liquid cooled Kawasaki. Which is the better motor?

Double the cylinders and liquid cooled have always looked like the better option for me. I think the 320 would be built heavier.
