i tried to get the TYM kit for my tractor. It was worth the extra couple. Of hundred to me to get the pre-bent hard lines with factory brackets to secure them, a bracket for the quick connects which bolts cleanly onto the loader crossmember, and the valve itself which bolts clearly onto the factory loader valve with no extra hoses under the tractor.
But, after waiting for fourteen months with it back ordered, I lowered my standards, and got the WRLong kit.
It installed fairly easily, and works. A bit of a hassle figuring out the hose routing, the supplied joystick handle is functional but ugly. The soft lines running up the loader are mentally bothersome to me. And, I will probably buy the flaring tool, some mounts and hydraulic tubing next time I go to one of the “big towns”, and hardline the FEL.
By the time I buy the tooling and materials to hard line the third function, I’ll have spent a bit more for the third function than if I had been able to get the factory kit.
If having soft lines run everywhere, and secured with zip ties, doesn’t bother you: The WRLong set up is a functional, and less expensive option..
If, like me the loose hoses bothers you, and you will need to buy the hardlines, and clean it up: The factory option is a much cleaner install for less total cost.
And with the low output of my hydraulic pump, it turns out I can’t do more than one function at a time without slowing things way down. So, I probably would have been money, and time ahead to install a splitter/diverter valve on the FEL crossmember to run the grapple.
