This stinks!! My bx has been idol for ten weeks now. I think I am going to put the deck back on.

Join the club. The worst part about all of this is listening to the people who actually enjoy this weather! I tell them to move south. We've had .03" of snow this year. It's downright depressing, especially for us skiers.

On the bright side I have a nice shiny snowblower attachment sitting in my garage.

Depressing is the word! Putting the deck on could work though as far as bringing the snow or i guess I can get tractor out of storage and start a project, then it will snow!! I hope someone gets snow in the east so i can at least drive to ski.

I had been looking for a 3pt rear snowblower but yesterday it was 70 here and no plowable snow so far this year. There should be some better bargains around later on...

I was in my garage yesterday in shorts with the 70 temps we had here. This is the warmest winter I can remember in quite some time. It feels really weird, that's for sure.

You guys are lucky. There are lots of kool tractor projects that actually accomplish something you can do in good weather. Pushing snow like mowing grass is just busy work. I’m gonna go plant some trees.

Man, this is a weird winter. We don't get a whole lot of snow down here at a mile above sea level - usually the mountains get hammered all winter.

But I've moved more snow in the last 3 1/2 weeks than I did all of the past 2 winters. We've had just under 5 feet with 3 storms at my house, but with wind and melting in between storms, we only have around 2' on the ground in most places, except for the 3-4 foot drifts that are still scattered about. Storm #4 in as many weeks is rolling in again for late this week, and the latest I heard is the jet stream may keep this pattern up for us for the next 6-8 weeks. Even when it's not snowing, we have windy days that create ground blizzards, so after 2 of the storms, we've had to re-plow under blue skies. It's a little blustery again today - 30-40 mph sustained winds with gusts up to 80-90 mph. Looks like I'll be clearing snow again tonight.

We can't even get out to the snowmobile trails to run our sleddogs half the time with all the road closures and deep snow (sprint dogs like running on packed, groomed trails better than in deep snow). Gonna have to buy deep snow toboggan sleds and put away the sprint sleds if this keeps up.

Hope you guys out east start getting some snow, but you can't have any of ours, sorry, having too much fun.

Evening bandit67.
Yup we do need some snow here in the northeast...can't believe I wrote that...gotta keep the water table up or we might have dry summer. :(

We got an inch in Wisconsin today. I love this winter, and so do the dear! Diesel actually went down to 2.56 today! Must be cause the northeast isn't useing much heating oil, or anywhere else for that matter. My gas bill was 46 bucks for December and didn't burn much wood neither. I fear it will come though, like April, when we should be fishin.

Been no snow here either, just a light dusting on the ground. In december it was steady rain now it's froze so I can see all the low spots in my yard. I bet I can skate on some of those now. Just getting colder here now but not brutally so (-15c or so). Lake Superior is unusually hot and keeping the snow away from us. Hold on to your hats, this summer is suppose to be brutal as far as heat goes.

Fuel is not cheap here, just over $1 a litre ($4 a gallon:(). You can get farming colored fuel for about half the price of regular fuel, another good reason to go diesel :D! Just don't get caught putting it in your Volkswagen!!!!
