Where to get Service Manuals

Does anyone know where I can down load a Service Manual for my YTH24V48? I tried to get one from Husqvarna, but they said those are available to dealers ONLY. I just want to PROPERLY take care of this new machine without hauling it to a dealer all the time. I have the experience and the tools to do PROPER maintenance and repairs. I'm just lacking the MONEY to have someone else do it for me.

Never owned a Husqvarna mower, but I quit buying their hand power equipment because I couldn't get parts. Switched to Echo and have never had a problem getting any part I needed online. The Service Manual is what the mechanic uses for directions to repair and rebuild the machine. Details of engine, transmission, deck, and other attachments.

Gotcha, yeah I can see where any mfg would keep those close to the vest.

There is probably a big difference between the Dealer Shop manuals and the ones available to the owner on some brands. After all those factory/dealer trained mechanics need that job you would be taking away. I am finding more and more manufacturer's are selling their shop and parts manuals. Kubota and Land Pride do. I wouldn't be w/o mine.
