Rear Finish Mower Where to buy Don Dye pullies

I have a rear finish mower MF1761 and one of the pulleys failed and I need a replacement. The pulley is a Don Dye DB-88 as stamped on the pulley. I contacted Don Dye and they will not sell to the public, the lady on the phone told me to get in contact with the equipment manufacturer. I got a price from the Massey dealer and **** near fell over dead. It would be great if someone here has a dealer that can source these pulleys or a cross reference for a different manufacturer.
