where is my fuel lift pump (hand priming) on 451

I don't need it right now but for the future....it is shown in a pictue in the owners manual but I cannot find on tractor anywhere. I have also have looked in AGCO online parts books and don't see one. I am assuming diesel tractor has to have one? I did not buy from dealer so figured I'd try here before I contacted them. It is an '04 model according to the serial number BN----- Any help is appreciated.

Bump on this thread, same model tractor, same question... is there, or where is the fuel primer located?

Right side is on lift pump
