where is hyd. filter on 135?

Drained hyd. fluid today, flushed out with diesel. Went to check the hyd. filter, removed the 4 screws on the plate covering the sensitivity lever/dipstick, and found no filter. Do I need to remove all the bolts around the main housing? Advice welcome. thanks

I said remove the cover plate on the other side with the PTO lever attached to access the filter.

Filter is the brass looking cap with the retaining wire attached
