Where do Riblets come from?

I think riblets come from piglets??? kinda funny though!

I think it must be some sort of manufactured meat. That is, a marriage of 'parts' (usually, but not limited to, snoots & squeals) and waste bone. The 2 are massaged into a product that appears to have grown together but in reality only met a short time ago. The taste appeal comes from heavy doses of advertising and tasty sauce.

Which makes you wonder just how nmstay came across this thread ?

Either he just casually found it almost 200 pages deep in the 'Related Topics' forums or he purposely did a search on "riblets".
