Backhoe Where did the post go?? Backhoe leaks??

I responded yesterday to another individual from Western Ma with leaking 2365 backhoe controls. Where did the post go?

Maybe it is time for trifocals instead of my bifocals. Another valve body problem, I don't know if it is related but it smells like it.
