I'm not familiar with the original thread, please excuse my ignorance but was it for commercial purposes?

Yes. She wanted pictures of tractors with owners for use in their commercial website. Certainly doesn't bother us Kioti people who want to help promote our brand but I imagine there is a general rule about such things that limits commercial solicitation. Nobody prohibits (yet) posting pictures to this thread though and I would think she could download them from here.

You can't use other people's pictures in a brochure without approval. Just because someone posts an image on this website does not make it public use.

I give her everything I had through e-mail. I would think her request for pics and upon submittal it would come with the owners approval..jeez! Getting to be like the govenment and the PC junk.... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
