Where can I find a good introductory PDF file on hydraulics with out all the high level formulas and stuff the makes ones eyes cross!..

In addition to above, John Deere Publishing has a wide range of books on many topics including hydraulics. The Fundamentals of Service text book on Hydraulics was used when I went to heavy equipment service school. Still have it and refer to it. These are not Deere specific.
