Where can I find a 3pt hitch bar to make my own attachment

I am thinking I want to as a winter project (among other projects I have) is to build a garden bedder. I saw one on everything attachments but its over $500. I know I can build one if I can find the 3pt hitch bar as the starter. I already have access to tons of the attachments to go with it, plow points sweeps, chisel points you name it.

Any ideas?

Ive been thinking of making one myself. one with 4 disks. I wouldnt make the fancy double mount system that they have. Just make a straight flat bar to tie onto the 3 point hitch. A simple a frame like in my rough drawing. would be pretty easy to fab up.
