Where are the "older" LS Tractors?

The oldest LS tractors in the USA will be green and have Montana on the sides.

Not necessarily, LS has been building tractors under the LS name since 2009. Their history of building tractors goes back to 1975 under other company names such as LG and Goldstar. They have built tractors for companies such as Case IH, Farmtrac, Agracat, Claas, Landini, New Holland, McCormick and others before Montana was first seen here.

We bought our 4047H early in 2012, and I've put around 320 hours on it since. 3 oil changes (will get a 4th before the weather changes) and only one problem: the fuel gauge stopped working.

Mine is a 2011 and I think I have around 540hrs on it. Had an issue with the frame but LS said it was a design defect and fixed it and haven't had any problems with it since. I think my 5yr warranty runs out this Nov.

I was just going to ask if my 2008 Montana counted. Its built by LS and has been a great tractor. Capable of more than most other brands in the same hp range. I've only got 250 hours on it, I hope this is the first and last tractor I buy!

I have a 2012 G3033 300hrs, 2013 LS5020 200hrs. Have had no problems with either. The 5020 moves 1000lb hay bales daily, the G3033 does everything else. Only problem I have had was a cracked fuel tank on the 3033. It was taken care of with warranty. These are very reliable tractors. I am well pleased.

2012 g3033, never been back to shop, no issues so far. All fluids remain at same level between services.

I've had my R3039H since 2012, with 330 hrs. Only problem was my fuel tank developed a crack last year. LS sent me another tank. It's been a great little workhorse!

Since I'm the OP, thought I'd give this a bump.

It is really nice to see the positive feedback that mirrors my experience with my R3039H. I've enjoyed every minute of seat time.

I guess I'll give an update on my XR3037HC.

Bought it in Nov. of '13 and it's now right close to 550 hrs on the clock.

I've had my ups and downs with it but by far and away it far surpasses my expectations for performance.

It's had a couple of small issues. Like some of the guys with cracked gas tanks {Warranty}

I now have all the filters and Hyd. Fluid for her 500 hr replacement.

Just waiting for the heat to break. Then I'll have all winter long to complete the service.

My local dealer closed shop back in '14 leaving me with a great dealer but 40 miles away in Ocala.

Overall? I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. I'd like larger, like most guys, but I wouldn't be able to get into tight places as I do now.
