When will a Rural King store open in my area

They bought a closed Kmart here about a year ago on Parkman Rd. NW in Warren, Ohio and I'm hoping they develop the store soon, it would shave off 45+ minutes of travel time (one way) to the next closest store for me. That's make or break for quick trips - at least where alternative local suppliers exist. Rural retail is a tough market I'm sure due to the lower customer density in many places, but more competition and options would be great!

RK bought the old Kmart store in Reno PA going on two years of waiting...

They were supposed to open 4-5 more stores in KY last year but for some reason, they only did one. I have one about 15 minutes away and they always have at least two cashiers and people are lined up.
