Down here in Florida there isn't anything in the fluid, well you can find winter stuff here and there. BUT I am from Buffalo and I use to be the Head mechanic for a ambulance company (Rural/Metro) and we got the fluid local in 55gal drums. We had a Salesmen come in and try to sell us -40 (so he said) and when you open the drum you could tell right away what was in it. Heck we could light the stuff. So maybe I spoke from back then (9 years ago) and it was a local company. I guess from that day I had a very bad taste for getting "that" type of fluid when living in Buff, lol I would open every drum after that to see if I could smell Alcohol.
Also I was just assuming it was Isopropyl Alcohol because it smelled just like it to me and like I said above we could light that fluid that came from that so called -40 stuff.
