wheel horse questions

This is my first wheel horse. I not sure what model it is. It hasn't even been delivered yet. It has a side gearshift next to the engage/disengage handle for the deck. It shows one forward gear and one reverse. Is that right? The left rear tire will not turn. On farther examination it seems that the tire is to far right and catching on something next to the wheel. Any solution to the tire problem?

Yep, Wheel Horse tires tend to be very conservative.

The forward and reverse handle is probably controlling a hydrostatic transaxle, so variable speed, forward and reverse. Pictures and model number? Failing that, what horsepower?
