Wheel bearing grease for high speed apps

Can you use auto wheel bearing grease for high speed (4000 - 5000 rpm) shafts?
A cruising auto wheel may be turning at 750 rpm while my planer cutterhead spins maybe 5000 rpm. Seem that would require a different grease. My old planer does have zerk fittings so it is supposed to be greased but I have no info as to what kind of grease.

I'm going to replace it with a sealed bearing and bypass all lube issues.
